Times, check in and warm-up
Swim meets start at 8:30 am (except for the practice meet, which starts at 9:00). There is a mandatory warm-up session before each meet starts. Each swimmer must check in with the coaches before their warm-up to ensure they are not scratched from the meet relays and events. For home meets our 10 & under swimmers warm-up from 7:15 - 7:30 (8:15 for practice meet), and 11 & older from 7:30 - 7:45 (8:30 for practice meet). At away meets the warm up for 10 & unders is from 7:45 - 8:00 and for 11 & older from 8:00 - 8:15.
